Quite a good one~very easy to access, but a bit traffic conjection of the nearby area. Close to the Robinson's Shopping mall, the 24hours mc'donald and jolibee is just 3 minutes away.

A very nice hotel in a great location with Starbucks well positioned in the front lobby. The only negative I could think was if you were staying on a high floor, you had to change lifts after 19 floors which can be quite frustrating. Also, there was no key operation for the lifts which froma security point of view was quite surprising. All in all, I enjoyed the property and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys 5 star service at a nice hotel.

This hotel was a disappointment. Obviously, my reservation was done way in advance but they put me in a construction floor where I encountered roaches in the bathroom the whole time I was there. I complained about it to no avail.
They tried to transfer me in the middle of the night on my 2nd night there, but they still gave me a room in a floor under construction. The room they tried to transfer me in was obviously not finished. The paint in the room was sloppily done. The light fixtures in the bathroom wasn't working and the cable wasn't hooked up. My children (both under age 10) and I were awake until 3AM going through this process.
I couldn't find another hotel because it was a busy time of the year in Cebu, and transferring all my bags was a pain. I sticked it out there because I'd be leaving for the airport to catch my flight back to the US very early on the 21st.
The management didn't offer any resolution to my problems. They didn't even bother to clean the windows of the room where we stayed. The hotel was noisy with all the construction and staff yelled in hallways unmindful of their guests. The elevators were constantly full and staff were inconsiderate by squeezing themselves in there instead of letting guests go first.
I also found insect in my breakfast food and the wait staff squashed the insect on my plate when I showed it to him. The same reaction I got when I showed housekeeping the roaches in my bathroom. Such distasteful way of handling the situation. The waiter could have just taken my plate away from me instead of showing me his insect squashing skills, and the housekeeping staff could have easily closed the bathroom door and sprayed something on the insects.
I absolutely will not recommend this hotel to anybody I know. It's a humiliation! I would have been willing to pay more for a better accomodation.

It is hard to find accomodation in Cebu that is affordable on a regular basis, i travel to CEBU every 6 weeks an am yet to achieve this.
I am not to choosy, all i need is a quite room, with all facilities.
In this hotel it was poorly appointed, no mini bar, shampoo and bubble bath bottles 1/2 full, no room service menues, no brochures advertising facilities, the lift had a very bad dead rat smell to the point where the management placed smelling devieces in the lifts.
However the location is good and the staff are excellent. breakfast id limiter if you sleep in but the views are amazing.
I would not stay there again, there are better hotels than this one.

Woke up will bed full of ants --complained about it -Had to buy ant spray myself to get rid or control ants
Construction was ongoing --constant noice -was never informed of constuction disruption
Outside frontdoor hotel was sewage smell and hundreds of beggars--
Had to beg to get room cleaned --even then it was not done throughly
Qualtiy of food poor--so I went to mails to eat
