Very nice hotel with friendly people, the quality price ratio is very good. Although it is a little isolate, you have taxis at any time of the day and the night in front of the hotel; and the hotel is at 10 to 15 minutes to most of places in by taxis.
It is a new and clean hotel serving buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Only downside is not swimming facility for family traveler with kids who wish to have swimming in hot Cebu.
Overall, it is worth staying and money.
My wife and i stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we loved it . the hotel room decor are nice and tidy. the staff are really good and friendly , the food is excellent and fast room service. highly recommended to all my friends who want to stay in cebu. we loved to stay their again. the hotel is better than Heritage hotel who'se very expensive but the facility and services are poor. keep it up Alpha city suites hotel.
Parking lot is not wide. And swimming pool is not in this hotel, but that's all my complain.
Breakfast is nice and good food. Nothing make me disapointed in this hotel.

Nice, clean new hotel with very friendly staff and reasonable room rates. Location is in a slightly run down area but you are only 5 minutes away from downtown and taxi's are cheap. Recommended.
the hotel has a very nice view of the city especially at night. the room is very relaxing and comfortable. the bathroom is spacious and well appointed. the bed was very comfortable same with the pillows. the location could be better although its just a couple of minutes away from the ayala metro mall.
I have travelled around the world and I have found this hotel the best in all that I've stayed in. Very courteous staff and the best amenities I've had enjoyed in a hotel room. I surely will recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends and business associates. Good location, and easy to get transportation in touring Cebu.
