Fab and excellent services, staff very welcoming, only draw back is that taxi don't stop near the hotel due to it being new but the door security staff will get you one if requested with no bother to them. The loaction is very good as only 10 mins walk from nearest shopping mall. The city is safe to walk about any time of day i had no bother from the loacl people all were friendly with a sunny smile.

Appreciated that we can early check in after our overnight flight to Cebu & call for taxi when we check out without extra payment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe this hotel is rather new, not many taxi drivers know how to go here. Recommend to print out the map when you first come here.
There are basic facilities in our room, air-con is cool & the bed is clean. But we are a little surprised no toothbrushes provided.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly basic. There was no fridge as advertised and the wifi has a very poor connection. I would visit again.
