Value for Money
Good room and value for money, little bit out of the way but just a short 10 minute walk to shopping mall and Fuente Osmena.
Had a credit card issue and unfortunately front desk staff did not know how to answer my concern and I had to wait 24 hours for the managers attendance to respond to my query.
Food is very basic, but the staff try hard and are friendly enough.
Would recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a basic room that is clean and comfortable to stay.

Cebu R / Sept 2011 / 2 Weeks
Staff very friendly and helpfull
and nothing was a problem for them to try and help
the hotel very clean
the air con in the room fantastic after long days in the heat
the wi fi not very good sometimes in the room but worked fine in the lobby.
probaly being bit fussy but a cup of tea in the uk is serverd with milk
this was extra on the final bill.
i would have prefered the eating area to be seperate from the lobby.
will highly recomend the cebu r this was my first holiday in cebu and will stay again and probaly wont even try looking for an alternative hotel.

The room was clean and big enough for 3 beds. The view out of the window was directly facing a wall. Breakfast was good.

The reservation made with asiarooms was fine but two days before our check in the hotel emailed me that if we do not confirm our booking they will cancel it.. If i hadnt check my email i woudlnt have known that they were going to do that.. Check in went smoothly next day for breakfast restaurant ran out of garlic rice for breakfast and had to wait half an hour for our order.. The staff were very friendly and helpful... Hotel is near everything about a 10 min taxi ride to ayala mall.. Hotel is value for money..

breach of security
i was totally annoyed to find out that one the hotel staff which was the security guard gave out information about me to my guests.....in which i think it was none of his business who came to visit me..... i reported the incident to the receptionist and i was told that the manager will get back to as at now i have not received any email or apology......

Awesome to stay
It was so great to stay there. Especially the people in restaurant was so kind. If i have a chance to be in cebu, i would absolutely go to cebu r hotel again.

Cebu City Center Hotel
I liked Cebu R Hotel for a good value for money ! I recommend to book the best room here which is large enough for 2 pax. Staff is very friendly here. Location of the hotel is in a quiet street. Zone looks quite safe. Taxis find the place relatively easely. Plenty of taxis available at the front street. Breakfast is more a quick snack than a real Bfast.

Fab and excellent services, staff very welcoming,...
Fab and excellent services, staff very welcoming, only draw back is that taxi don't stop near the hotel due to it being new but the door security staff will get you one if requested with no bother to them. The loaction is very good as only 10 mins walk from nearest shopping mall. The city is safe to walk about any time of day i had no bother from the loacl people all were friendly with a sunny smile.
