Rio Grande de Laoag Resort and Nature ParkInitially conceived as a family vacation house, Dr. Ma. Gloria Alano-Caluya, a former professor of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), Batac City and a native of Laoag City, decided to open this resort to the public in 2004.
The 1.6 hectares filled with forested terrain is the perfect backdrop to a nature-enhanced scenic journey of the Laoag Padsan River. The resort features 3 swimming pools, country-style guestrooms, picnic huts and cottages , and a grand conference hall.
