need to improve a lot. the blanket is very iche. ( makati ang blangket0
this my 4th time in oxford... the last 3 occassion. am quiet satisfied with the service,
the room is not bad too.. i find that the last 3 occation all the staff especially in reception
was very accomodating ang friendly..
unfortunately this time around am very dis appointed.. maybe the staff on duty on that day
need to have some training.
but i will give credit to the staff at ther 3rd floor during our breakfast.. i like the staff there they friendly enough to accomodate us.
My stay at Oxford, Makati
I found the whole members of Oxford Hotel, friendly, helpful and always ready to assist whenever help is needed. I spent half of my life overseas and did not realize the big changes when I came back to PI ,as I was a bit confused. The staff members were very polite and friendly in providing all the information we required. The room is large, was spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily, plenty of hot water to spoil our showers and enjoyed good night sleeps. I will definitely recommend the use of this hotel to all my friends who will visit Manila, to stay and relax during their holidays.
Oxford suites Makati
Oxford suites is a good hotel for a medium range , in corner burgos street and durban street , in one of the hot district of manila , ; but except this , the situation provide nothing , the area is really not interesting for those which aren't interested by the night life ,
the streets aroud are not nice , and there arent good restaurants around ,
the hotel is ok , better than many in that range , internet works good but its not free , around 1000 pesos for 2 days , there are bath in the bathrom , with principal amenities ,
safty box in room , the executive room is much bigger than the superior room , too small ,
no swimming pool , breakfast is just limit with poor choice , people are friendly , especially doormen and workers inside.
If you want only a good hotel in medium price , this hotel is ok ; if you have more money for afford a 5 stars , better choose an hotel near the sea , near manila bay and roxas bd , its more enjoying.

room was great location was great the food we only had breakfast it was not up to the standard of the rest of hotel services.

This hotel is extremely well located. Near to businesses and close to the entertainment district.

We was only 2 nights,there was not for familie area. It was only for the men aria wants to have ..... But Hotel was expencive then other hotel in the aria with more facelitet. as like swiming pool and resturant. and bigger room.

Clean, affordable and room size good. Travelled with a 2 yo and 7 yo, red light district was no bother as we were not out late with the kids. Staff did overcharge us for a meal
and mini bar fridge but rectified it. That was the only turn off.

Nightmare on check in!!! I've booked for a family room which can accommodate 4 of us with breakfasts. It was clearly printed on my voucher. When I checked in, they were only going to give me a queen bed and charge me for 2 extra beds and extra 2 breakfasts which is completely out of order. I don't know if it's the hotel who's at fault but it shouldn't be like this especially when the traveller is tired from their journey. We don't need all these arguments with the hotel staff before we can check in because we've been missold a room. I hope this doesn't happen again to anyone.

Hotel is good value but in the centre of a red light area. Rooms were clean, hot water was availalble. Room a bit noisy at night but not so bad if you get a room off main street.
Internet card is expensive but not prohibitive.
I would stay again if you are looking for a good hotel on a budget.
