My sister and I stayed at Atrium...
My sister and I stayed at Atrium Hotel from October 8 to October 9, 2005. Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with our stay in Atrium. When we enter to the elevator to get to the main hotel, we are so dissappointed about the smells, it's so bad that we almost throw up. And then when we enter to our room, it's smells bad again they should at least spray some deodorizers to the room , the bathroom is not in working order, we felt like the room wasn't ready for us. No hookup for 110volt, we have to pay extra for using the iron, employee are not very friendly there are few of them that are nice but the rest of them are very serious people, the person who helped us with our luggages was very helpfull and nice I'd say he did a good job!! This is our experience in atrium hotel....

Im impressed with the big and clean standard room. It doesnt seemed like a standard room. The staff were so friendly and I am happy that one of the feedbacks that I have read not true. But I suggest to inform your security officers not to be more friendly to your guest as I was being chased by one of the security guard of the hotel which really made me feel not safe....

The Good: Very large rooms with a...
The Good: Very large rooms with a great view for the price range. Standard room has king size bed or two queen size beds. Rooms start on the 15th floor with a nice view of the city or Manila Bay. Close to Airport.
The Bad: Carpets could be cleaner. Located next to a large bus depot (but rooms are well above the noise) - its an adventure crossing the street.
Overall: Always been happy with our stay in the Atrium hotel.

I,m totally disappointed with the Atrium. In one of the rooms I occupied, it was full of bed bugs! A good night sleep becomes a nightmare!

Totally disappointed. Booked non-smoking room was not available for 2 of the 3 nights. Towels were not clean. Room needs attention. Aircon did not have any remote control and had to call reception each time to change the controls. Cafe kitchen was the slowest ever in my 20 years of travel and quality of food is disappointing. Checkout took longer that I could tolerate. Only saving grace was that the cafe and housekeeping staff were very polite. I will not return.

Cheap but dirty.
Certainly an inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. However, the rooms are dirty & in poor repair. Filthy carpets, wall paper coming off the walls, windows don't close properly.
A very Sad and tired Hotel in...
A very Sad and tired Hotel in dyer need of some TLC - We had only one night there so only used it for a put down the bags and sleep, bar staff were great - helpings us out with where we wanted to go, reception staff, need more training, check in and our took a long time - and the pillows need replacing - all in all not a place to stay for longer than 1 night - if even for that length.

Im disappointing with the service of this hotel! Reception staff not polited and friendly! System is too bad, room door need to ask hotel staff to open everytime we need to get in to the room because of the system is error. The food costs is high than the quality and service. They need to improve now.
