Dusit Nikko offers excellent service and hotel amenities. Location is central to everything and plenty of taxis to get around. Food in the hotel is pricier than in the surrounding area but the quality is excellent. Hotel staff is friendly and willing to help.

I stayed at the Dusit Nikko Hotel during my last visit to the Philippines on June 8 to 10, 2005. This was the third time that I was staying in this hotel. The hotel had an excellent location. The next building was Shoemart, a very popular shopping paradise in the Philippines. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Security was great as bomb-sniffing dogs and security personnel were in the front and side doors all the time. As usual, the people at the Reception and Security were very welcoming and friendly. When I checked in at the hotel, the non-smoking room I requested was not ready and so I settled at a smoking room in the fourth floor. It was very evident that the room was newly refurbished and the bathroom although cramped, was in good condition. However, the room was indeed a SMOKING room and I had difficulty breathing and I srtarted having an asthma attack due to the very strong smoke odor. I requested after two hours that I be transferred and was given a room in the ninth floor. The people in the Reception had no problem with it and I easily got my request. The bathroom obviously needed a lot of refurbishing. The buffet breakfast was very good and was open up to 10AM. The late check-out fee up to 6pm cost 50% of their room rate and check-out fee after 6pm meant paying the whole amount of the room rate. I guess the hotel needs to re-think these rates as they could be very expensive especially if one has to check out two or three hours after the check-out time. Special rate has to be given to frequent hotel guests, I suppose. Anyway, I will definitely go back to this hotel and would also recommend this hotel to everyone.
My 3 day stay at dusit hotel...
My 3 day stay at dusit hotel nikko was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was great, the rooms are clean,staff are courteous and security was fine. And its right beside Makati's commercial center. My family and i stayed in a condotel near the Greenbelt area last year.As soon as i got back from the Philippines,i told my wife i found a new place to stay on our next visit. Dusit Hotel Nikko. I already recommended it to my family and friends. My pictures are backing me up.

I thought the Dusit Nikko hotel was in a great location, next to the big Ayala shopping centre, and close to the Greenbelt shops and restaurants. Also quite convenient to the airport. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and clean, even though it wasn't one of the renovated rooms. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with omlettes cooked to order, and plenty of Western and Philippine options on the buffet.

Dusit Nikko is a fantastic hotel! Beautiful foyer, very friendly staff and sumptuous buffet breakfast. Will be definitely staying there again. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Dusit Nikko for 3 nights in October 2004. Rooms definitely needed upgrading. Bathrooms too. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Impressive foyer.

I've stayed here three times at the Dusit Nikko so far, once on a suite with my wife, daughter and her child. Service is excellent, staff very friendly, buffet breakfast excellent. Great value for the money!
