Great staff, great food, unfortunately not up...
Great staff, great food, unfortunately not up to five star standards especially when it comes to the price which is unreasonable. Rooms are in dire need of upgrading, bathrooms are not clean enough. I booked through a travel agent and extended my stay for one day and was charged a hefty fee. Internet dial up in the rooms does not work and they wanted to charge me for the service even though I was not able to connect. Front desk service is very slow, although friendly. I would recommend a hotel or serviced apartment in Makati for my future stays. I would not recommend the Heritage; it is just not up to standard.

The Heritage has probably the slowest and...
The Heritage has probably the slowest and most inefficient reception desk that I have ever seen. Be very careful that you are not double charged. The restaurant was excellent and the staff there very good. Rooms are somewhat less than average and don't quite live up to the five star claim. The concierge was very helpful.

Out stay at the Heritage Hotel in Manila was very relaxing and enjoyable.  I will definitely consider staying there on my next travel to the Philippines.
