Everything is perfect except breakfast food, selection is very poor and the service in the restaurant is very slow.

It was our 4th stay in this...
It was our 4th stay in this hotel in 3 yrs, and definitely could be our last. This facility and their services are deteriorating big time. The daily breakfast menu has no variations. The concierge never have enough cash to exchange your dollars. They send you to the casino to do so but they will not permit you inside if wearing shorts (even in 90+ heat), so you have to change clothes to get some spending money. Besides, the casino workers were annoying as they beg you for handouts! An obviously even bigger embarrasment were the numerous pairs of aging foreign males being escorted by very young 'business' females wandering the main lobby.
The rooms and bed were actually as nice as you can hope for the rates you pay and the location is truly unbeatable, being close to the airport, eateries and shopping and every types of transportation.

Quick access to and from Airport probably less than 15 minutes - Hotel has free shuttle to Asia Mall - Be sure to ask for a room not facing main roads - or else you will get a lot of street noise.

Hotel is located away from most functions in Manila except Mall of Asia is near.
It is not what I think of as a five (5) star facility.
Not enough staff and slowness of front desk response are both negatives.
The breakfast chefs (2 different ones)could never get the egg orders correct. The over easy orders were always over-cooked or broken.

Stay was pleasant, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like in this hotel is the daily breakfast buffet. They don't change the selection, if ever i or just 2. I was at the Bayview Hotel a week before and the buffet selection is different everyday. For Heritage who strives to be a 4 or 5 star hotel, they should have a different buffet selection everyday.

I just got back from my trip to the Philippines and have to say I was a little hesitant to book at this hotel after reading the other reviews. However, I was very happy with my stay there. The room was modern, clean, average size for a hotel. The staff were nice and courteous. It's close to The Mall of Asia, and only a short drive to the airport. Just like anywhere in the Philippines you have to take a taxi to eat, or go out. Don't know if it is close to the night life there because i didn't go out to the bars. The breakfast was good, little mix of American and filipino. I have also stayed at Manila Bay hotel and I thought the Heritage was better. The price was good for the room, I would stay here again without a doubt.

My only complaint is that there were ants in my bed in the morning which I reported to the staff. Otherwise I liked the hotel.
