More 3* than a 5*

Arriving this hotel, nobody took my luggage to my room I had to do it myself. Even the check in employee did not give response on my remark about that.
The room was not clean and and in corners of bathroom rotting.

Give it a miss

Nice hotel from the outside and a nice lobby but the rooms are very run down and need refurbishment. Certainly not worth over US$100 a night. They are better places around for a lot less money. I wouldn't stay here again.

Value for money

Stayed for one night in April 2011. We arrieved before our check in time, completed registration, left our bags with the bell service and had lunch in the restaurant. Check in staff were friendly and efficient and the buffet lunch was good but a bit expensive. The room and hallways were showing signs of ware and the carpets are due for a change. The room was not expensive and could command a higher rate if minor upgrades like carpet and hallway paint renewal were completed. The hotel is close to Mall of Asia and has a frequent shuttle service. It is also close to airport (Airport Taxi charge was 350 Piso, but hotel to airport was only 250 piso) Overall, I was satisfied and feel that I got value for money.

Internet and breakfast not included

The Heritage Hotel was as usual excellent but a. breakfast was not included ( and it is an excellent spread ) b. internet was 600 pesos a day

A 3 Star Hotel

The hotel is a bit run down but comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near to the Super Mall of Asia which was a plus. The gym was adequately equiped to give anyone a good work out at no charge. The pumbling system needs to be up graded. The drain was slow. If your neighbor above or below you flushes their toilet when taking a shower, the cold water is gone for a few seconds. The food served at the hotel's cafe was good and reasonablely priced. The hotel has three small casinos offering slots and table games if you like gambling. The cheapest table games there was 500 peso. You can find cheaper table games at other casinos in the city. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay there. You get what you pay for.

Air con not working

Everything about the hotel was great,i dont mind if i need to take a cab every time i need to go to the SM of asia......the hotel stuff was accomodating,the only set back was my Room air-con was not working for two days straight.I did inform the room make up crew to rectify this issue during the 1st night,Nothing was done.i was charge the normal rate even when i told the hotel staff during my check out.

One Or Two Stars Too Many

It was my first trip to Manila and chose the hotel strictly on price and number of stars. The food was mediocre and a bit pricey. I did appreciate their "24 hr. Medical Clinic" as I got sick (not from their food)and had to make several visits to the nurses and once to see the doctor on duty. Service, all around, was exellent but this 5***** hotel is a bit shabby in the corners. It has seen better days and deserves no more than 3 or 4 stars tops in my mind.

Convenient location, seedy neigborhood, no bar

As the title says, it has convenient location but it is located in seedy neigborhood, which discouraged me to go out at night. But there was no bar only a casino. I had to stay in my room.
