Imperial Place
I was very dissappointed in the hotel. It is rated 4 stars on your site. I would give it one star. I also feel I was overcharged for what the room was worth.

Breakfast
Make sure you book with breakfast included as it is PhP 450 if you do not. Better to go to Starbucks next door for breakfast at that price

Staff at front desk unprofessional. Prostitutes hang out in front of hotel and solicit openly. Not even an additional roll of toilet paper. Definitely will not recommed it to anyone

Good hotel offering excellent value for money....
Good hotel offering excellent value for money. Even though we were in the superior (basic)rooms, our family of six found our 6 day stay very pleasant. The free breakfast beside the rooftop pool was good (if limited in choice) and a sweeping vista of the surrounding areas was provided. We felt safe in the immediate area, not something I can say about other Philippine hotels we have stayed in previously. There were few touts or beggars around the hotel and the area was clean and open. Plenty of restaurants and night life are close to the hotel as well. Shopping malls are about 10 mins away by taxi. Starbucks is next door for the coffee lovers (you can enter from the hotel). You can book this place through Asia rooms with confidence.

The value for this hotel was O.K....
The value for this hotel was O.K. I expected this hotel to be a bit cleaner & newer. The location was very crowded. Will need to research the hotel a little more next time I travel. One positive feature of this hotel was the breakfast which was included in the confirmed price.

The staff was very nice and efficient....
The staff was very nice and efficient. The room size was fine. The bathroom was old and not very clean and the hot water was terrible; intermittent. The linens were ancient, gray, and very limited in quantity. The pillows were TERRIBLE; bunched up neck breakers. The free breakfast was the exact same items everyday one or two variations and of VERY mediocre quality. Having a Starbucks downstairs is the finest aspect of quality of the hotel. The room service food was average and the sisig (a local specialty) was the poorest I have tasted since being here. Location is fair but no good restaurants within walking distance. Mey Lin Noodles across the street is very good. VERY loud at night. I also stayed in The Heritage in Pasay City a few weeks before and there is no comparison; The Heritage room is much nicer, roo service is excellent (food average) and the free breakfast is EXCELLENT; many fresh fruits and both American and Filipino foods the variety and quality excellent.

it was a pleasent stay this time...
it was a pleasent stay this time as we were given a much nicer room.Heard it was renovated recently. The room has a kitchenete but no utensils.Partion in between the room and tv area.2 air conds, and therefore well ventilated and nice. Breakfast was pretty normal but they change the menu daily. Can be crowded as it is just a small area beside the pool. The Starbucks down stairs is nice and location of hotel is within reach.New mall on the right hand side of the hotel offering nice and clean food. You can find Gerry's nearby which serves delicious snails! The foyer is a little small as incoming cars had to squeeze a little.they provide free internet at your request. Not a hotel you wouldm like if you want to enjoy the facilities but ofers safe , clean accomodation.
