We stayed at this hotel three times...
We stayed at this hotel three times in a three week period. We paid for a club room but on two occasions, the room was not presented right, i.e. shampoo, towels or complementary items were not present. the club lounge was also disappointing and unlike others we have statyed at, do not allow children in during the evening - if i had known this, i may have altered hotels. the rooms were not always cleaned before we returned after a day's sightseeing. I do have to say though that when we complained, things were put right almost immediatly and the staff were very appologetic, it's just i would have expected things to be right first time in a hotel such as this.
I would not totally dismiss staying here again - the location is excellent - however, if our stays are typical, a little more care and attention would improve the average stay greatly
