You would probably better of staying at another hotel that serves free buffet breakfast for the same price as it was not value for money and the breakfast you did have to pay for was no good it was very poor for the money.

The location is good and the staff is kind. Most of the room are small and a little noise bcs of the traffic. The toilette is clean but a little old style. The security service is efficient.

Ok hotel except both my husband and I got food poisoning from the room service - great for a 14hr flight home!
Also allow 30mins to check out, there is a lot of faff involved.

Cheap, 1 block from the mall, across the street from the casino - what more could you ask for. We arrived very early, well before check in time, and they gave us the room early with no added fee. The workers were very nice.

Thank you very much for your concern about my reservation I had on Las Palmas.
(1)The area is beautiful perfect for what I need.
(2)But when I got there the check in is bad check in suppost to be around 1PM but I had to wait until 4:30PM.When you travel 14 hours on the plane u like to have your room ready especially when I reserved the room for almost a month
(3)The room don't have space lots of furniture that we
dont need.to watch TV you can't see on the other side of the king size bed.
(4)Shower spray all over the bathroom and when you fush the toilet it sound like ambulance.
All they want is your money but not good service.
Try to cancel but they told me to cancel it from asia.
and no computer to cancel my reservation.to call its very expensive.

I am so disappointed that the hotel's transfer service is not reliable. I booked a van a few days before arrival. I have received email reply about the booking confirmation.
