i spent only one night at the pan pacific, showing up rather ragged looking after 3 weeks of practically living on the beach. but from the moment i entered the lobby, i was treated like royalty. this place has class!
large and luxurious rooms and the best bathrooms. great location too, in the heart of old manila. highly recommended, especially if your standards are high!

A good hotel to stay. A good buffet morning breakfast with ample choices of food for the mosleems. Where most of the guest services were dubbed as Buttler Services, these were lacking in efficiency where, to mention a few, check-in and check-out and room service were often too slow. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay, especially to those who would love the night live. I was generally happy there.

Truly is a five star hotel. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They make you feel like it's your home. Beautiful rooms and they lack nothing. Breakfast has a wide selection of food. Very clean and a tranquil atmosphere. Your always greeted with a smile by the staff. They are very attentive to bring you coffee or get you something you ask for. I highly recommend this hotel to any travel from around the world.

Pan Pacific is definitely a 5 star Hotel. The staff are friendly, the location is very close to the shopping center. I have couple of comments though, I called the Hotel prior to checking in and was told that the room will be ready when I get there but the room wasn't ready when I got there and even waited for couple hours before I check in. Also, the service wasn't consistent. Otherwise, I had a nice time. Yes, I recommend this Hotel. I rs for the room to be ready. I was told that the room will be readywaited 2 houone was my room. I called prior to checking in and told me that my room will be ready when I get there but My only comment is that the service wasn't consistent and my room wasn't ready when I got there.

This is truly a five star hotel, staff are accomodating, rooms are clean, nice facilities, hotel is close to restaurants, niteclubs. i will recommend the Pan Pacific hotel to everybody.
