Luxury
A very expensive hotel but probably the best quality you can find in Manila. Everything is perfect, specially if you stay at the Horizon Club area. Location is fantastic. Pity their pub closes so early or doesn't allow people even to access the beautiful terrass when private fonctions are on, although there are many very good quality bars nearby. If you're a woman, you'll feel like a princess going up those spectacular stairs. And whether you are a woman or a man, you'll be treated like royalty. Which is not bad for a country that's a Republic.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near by a large shopping mall. The hotel has a good size swimming pool and a children's pool.

The hotel room is fabulously clean & comfortable. Location is the best for business travellers and shoppers alike. However, service was terrible. The moment of check in was already unbelievable when we phone in advance to give instruction that husband is coming straight from the airport & will be checking in early. Front desk say no instructions were received and husband has to wait until I came. Before reserving via internet, even called hotel if pool is in working order. Told them we were staying in Dusit Hotel but pool is under renovation. The lady I talked to on the phone even laughs and said "of course the pool is working"; but forgot to mention female sauna is out of order. Check out process is quite fast except nobody came in the room to pick up our luggage even when we told them 20 mins. prior to check out. You get a voucher for a free drink/cocktail after filling up a comment form before checkout. When will you have time to drink when you're busy with checkout, luggages and getting the car to the airport? I think, a Welcome drink is preferable. For paying big bucks in this hotel is not worth it. You can get the same comfort but a better quality service in other hotels in the same area.

Great location, within walking distance of everything. Wonderful, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet (extra charge). Fantastic fitness room & massage facilities. Will definitely stay here again. To all balikbayans, definitely stay here!

This is the best hotel we have...
This is the best hotel we have stayed in Manila. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was huge and the bed is bigger than a king size bed. Bathroom is magnificent, with a separate shower and tub. Perfect place to pamper yourself......have a massage, manicure, pedicure, and more. Shopping and restaurants just across the street. Considered with the lowest price we paid with this website, it was definitely well worth for the money. Hotel staffs were fluently speaking English and extremely pleasant.
