This was my first stay at Traders...
This was my first stay at Traders Hotel, and I plan to stay here on my next trip to Manila. I found it to be excellent value for the money. The room was adequately sized and furnished, and the bed was comfortable. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I checked out very early in the morning before breakfast was prepared. The rooms are wired for high-speed internet, which I liked. The only problem I encountered was that I reserved a king/queen size bed, and they tried to put me in a room with twin beds. After hassling over this for several minutes, a room with a king size bed was suddenly available. This happened at 5:15PM, and the hotel was no where near full. This unnecessary hassle keeps me from rating this hotel higher on the scale, because otherwise it was excellent.

We were given a good size room with a nice view of the Roxas Blvd and the Manila Bay. The room was spacious and convinient enough to move about. The hotel facilities are average but the Staff in this hotel are their best asset. Everyone is courteous and very accomodating and wanted to make sure that you are really enjoying your stay. The only gray side is, there are lots of retired old Japanese men using the hotel to exploit very young Filipinas, almost as young to be their own granddaughter! If you are staying there with your own children, this is not the sight that you would want them to see. Barring this, you will really get your money's worth staying in this hotel.

Im have also filled in the Traders hotel own feedback form, sos I'll keep it a bit brief! I think that the hotel is very well run with very courteous staff, efficient service and ample buffet b'fast choice!!!!
The rooms are clean and room service was very good too.Pool was immaculate and service there by life guards was efficient, they were always on look out when somebody was in the pool even though it was sweltering hot!!
One minor issue - internet in cafe.com - hotel coffee bar was a bit expensive!! But their cakes are delicious!
