The service of the hotel needs to be improved, especially the front desk staff handling the check-ins. We requsted twice for a change of room as on the first occasion, me and my partner were given a room with 2 separate beds and then the second time, a room with a single bed smaller than queen size. After which we found out from the bell boy that these 2 rooms have not been refurbished yet.Thus, we have to speak to the manager to request for a refurbished room.The whole check-in process was such a hassle and time consuming.
Other than this, the view from the hotel was great, overseeing the Manila bay. Nice pool and restuarants.
