Overall room condition is good. Large spacious rooms, with tiled flooring is clean. Air-con though old-fashioned kept the whole room cool enough.
Bathroom size was ok, though i found it strange that the hotel would charge for amenties like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc etc .... amenties that other hotels provide for free. It is basically a no-frills hotel - Room did not have a kettle for boiling hot water & international electrical adaptors were not loaned to hotel guests (we were advised to buy it from the reception counter).
Check-in at the reception was slow, with the staff not being able to find our reservations. However, 2 ladies manning the transport service desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Gave us plenty of advise on where to go, and how to bargain for the right cabfares.
Location: not great. There were a few restaurants scattered within walking distance, and one shopping mall. Getting to the makati and greenhills shopping areas require cab rides of 20-30 mins each way.
