Stayed for 3 nights. Good size room fitted king size bed plus extra bed, so slept 3 adults plus 2 little ones fine. A bit old fashioned but so what. Bathroom ok but you could look up through the lack of ceiling panels and see the internal concrete wall of the building. Buffet very average, don't have the coffee. Not a good view, straight into the next door aparthotel and a taxi ride for anywhere to eat. Don't use the "inside pool". Its inside the building, half-finished with no changing rooms and with the walls either end knocked out so it had a cool breeze when its cloudy, it is also not heated and quite cold. Beware - it contains powerful chemicals. I only had a bit of a snuffle but I was in pain 4hrs later and took pain killers for the next 3 days. The staff were very helpful though and especially so to children.

me my mom/dad/and my sister stayed from sept.26 till october 10, we love the place thursday night at the lobby accoustic singer was very good, the buffet at the mezzanine was very nice, the only problem the first week we were there was the service, we ordered dinner and it took a long time but the servers were very nice and they explain why it took a long time(they don't have enough help in the kitchen) our only concern was the swimming pool on the 5th floor, it was very dark and scary and we found out that a construction worker died, i suggest to get a priest and offer a prayer for the soul that's still there on the fifth floor, my nieces and nephews were very scared and don't want to stay and visit us if we will stay in your hotel again, please keep me update on when you'll gonna get a priest and offer a prayer on 5th floor, thank you.

Overall the hotel and room were acceptable. The only issue was that the room could have done with modernising. The carpet was quite old and tatty. Overall, though, the service was good, as was the breakfast.

The hotel walk-in rates were cheaper! We booked a Superior room and got a standard, but were charged by asia rooms for the higher price, breakfast ok, if u like clearing your own table, Lifts great if you like going to the 26th floor and being stuck there!

I stayed in this hotel September 2005 and must say that it must be the best value for money hotel in Makait. The staff at reception, regardless of what time of day, were great as were all the staff. The rooms were kept spotless with towels and bed linen changed daily. As for the buffet breakfast, it catered for all nationalities that were staying at the hotel with eggs (any style) cooked to order. I always base an hotel on whether one would return and reccomend to friends and this is a definite on both scores.

The hotel was under construction upon my arrival. I didn't think I would like it, but I did. The front dest staff were all excellent. As were the restaurant and house keeping. The security was very great, and I was especially impressed after security took down the taxi's number and my room number, just prior to me being driven to the airport. Shows they care. The rooms were very clean, no complaints.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at you hotel. The housekeeper kept our room clean and in order. Everyday for breakfast, the array of food was unbelievable. You spoiled us. It was the best vacation and thank you all for your hospitality.
