the hotel staff are very nice and...
the hotel staff are very nice and friendly. we had a great stay in this hotel. the 1 bedroom suite is very clean and fully furnished. the breakfast is also very nice. and very affordable!

The place was very near commercial centers....
The place was very near commercial centers. The hotel staff were very accommodating and polite. The rooms are fully equipped with items and amenities that a traveler would need.

I have never delt with such rude...
I have never delt with such rude staff in my life. when I booked an extra night 3 separate clerks had 3 separate prices all were overbilling me. room service was non-existant. all staff were unprofessional and very rude. when i stood in line every other person had questions regarding the overbilling and dishonest billing practice. you will regret your stay here if you choose this hotel unless you like being robbed.

Best location if you're in business or...
Best location if you're in business or shopping. There is a "posh" shopping and a "tiange" (where you can haggle) across the hotel. NOt to mention the "SM Supermarket" which is a short distance. Staff service was okay quite polite and friendly. I appreciated the upgrade. I would prefer more food variety for breakfast. I will definitely, stay in this hotel again.
