In general, this hotel is OK. But the reception staff didn't take initiative to solve our problems.
When we checked-in, this hotel claimed that they haven't received the payment from the travel agent and they refused to let us check-in unless we pay at regular rate again. It's unacceptable since it's an agreement between the hotel and the travel agent as we have fulfiled our responsibility that we have paid the travel agent.
Moreover, though we could settle this issue at the end, the reception staff didn't show initiative to contact the travel agent for us and only insisted charging us for regular rate again. We contacted the travel agent ourselves and settle this problem. If we can't speak English and communicate with the travel agent ourselves, then we need to pay again! It's really unacceptable.
