Trustworthy
Accommodation is clean, and located very close to Australian Consulate, ideal if visit is for Australian visas. I found staff very trustworthy,as I had inadvertently left luggage open and valuables in room, I returned to find everything in place after housekeeping had cleaned the room.
Staff very friendly and efficient. always with a smile and they go out of their way to serve the client.
and also family oriented hotel since there are unit owners in the building.
The rooms were pretty good, except for the hard bed. The location was pretty close to the places we wanted to go. It was very easy to get a taxi, because it was a one way street. Greenbelt was right down the street. The breakfast was ordered by room service and the food was very good.
A good condo style hotel very close...
A good condo style hotel very close to the main shopping / eating areas of Green belt, the rooms are ok, there is a small swimming pool at roof level which comes on handy on those long hot days.

In general, this hotel is OK. But...
In general, this hotel is OK. But the reception staff didn't take initiative to solve our problems.
When we checked-in, this hotel claimed that they haven't received the payment from the travel agent and they refused to let us check-in unless we pay at regular rate again. It's unacceptable since it's an agreement between the hotel and the travel agent as we have fulfiled our responsibility that we have paid the travel agent.
Moreover, though we could settle this issue at the end, the reception staff didn't show initiative to contact the travel agent for us and only insisted charging us for regular rate again. We contacted the travel agent ourselves and settle this problem. If we can't speak English and communicate with the travel agent ourselves, then we need to pay again! It's really unacceptable.

This hotel is in a residential condominium which is not so bad. The breakfast system was odd in that you ordered your breakfast by 10pm the night before for delivery to your room next morning. That's right, the hotel has no dining room. The breakfast choices were many but when I got mine it wasn't that great. But, it's hard to get good bacon and eggs anywhere in Asia except at 5 star establishments. Best thing was proximity to Greenbelt and the great selection of restaurants there (Bubba Gump is one of my favourites).

the place lacks customer service. when i came nobody helped me out with my things. i was carrying two bags. the frondesk office turned his back on me and talked on his mobile phone first. the room was big with complete required appliances. they NEED to improve their customer service.

im very happy with the service ,location &clean room along with great service,especially from geni at reception.she is a princess,always helpful & always smiling.also 4 the security & room service.il be back 4 sure.the clean pool area also great.thanx again.andrew.
