Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi in the room, but has to be paid extra. You have to pay in pesos, and at the hotels own exchange rate. The hotel is situated in a business district, so there is not much to see, and the traffic is heavy at most times of the day.

The hotel was very convenient to the Greenbelt area of Makati which was fantastic. The front desk people were quite pleasant and the bell boy was very pleasant and quite helpful. The room was a bit spartan and my biggest complaint was the smell in the room. There was a very strong smell of insecticide in the room. The location would make it a good place to stay if they can get rid of the smell. The taxi ride to the airport was also very quick and the taxi I got from the bell boy was using the meter and only cost me 100 pisos.

Our last visit was in May of...
Our last visit was in May of 2000. We are planning to go back Apr 2006. Location of hotel is in walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, no issues of any type of inconvenience, and the staff are very friendly. The best part about the hotel is all your shopping needs, dining out, and entertainment ie.. theater is in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
