My stay in the El Cielito was overall good. The service was good and the staff was nice to me. What I like most about El Cielito Inn was the close location to the shopping outlets.

Booked El Cielito in Makati because we had good experience of El Cielito in Baggio, what swayed on this occasion to go to Makati was the hotel facilities advertised on the internet which included indoor and outdoorswimming poolos. THERE ARE NONE. Hotel is OK for one night stopover but NOT if you require facilities or are on holiday.
Property could do with some minor refurbishing....
Property could do with some minor refurbishing. And do please look at placing air fresheners in the rooms and public areas. And certainly the noisy airconditioners. Otherwise a pleasant stay and the staff were courteous and very helpful. Also a very convenient location with ample choice of restaurants and other amenities. Will definitely stay there on future trips to Manila but may have to insist on a better room.

Overall very good value.
We were given a room with a loud air-conditioner. After we complained, we were switched to a room with a quieter air-conditioner. Should have fixed the air-conditioner in the first place.

I had a very happy and pleasant stay at El Cielito. The staff, from the guy who opened the door for me when I arrived to the front reception ladies to the guys in the resturant I felt very welcome, a great start for my partner and I and her son. We also stayed in El Cielito in Sta Rosa for 3 nights too and they were just a pleasant as the staff in Makati. The rooms were always cleaned to a high standard,my laundry expertly cleaned. The staff as far as I am concerned were the big plus for both hotels and I am coming back in April 2006 and I have no need to book elsewhere,just straight El Cielito. Keep up the good work.
