I read the previous reviews on Asia rooms, but the hotel did not seem to live up to them. Reasonable value for money and helpful staff but I will try somewhere else next time.
Nice budget hotel fairly close to Greenbelt Malls. Service was good and breakfast was quite reasonable. Only problem was noise; not from the road as my room was in the middle of the building. My window was to a small, square column of open space that all the air-conditioners backed into. Whether my unit was on or not the combined AC noise coming through the window was quite high. On the second night my AC unit stopped cooling so it was very hot in the room for the rest of my stay. If I stay here again, I'll make sure I have a functioning air conditioning unit.
well well this hotel ok the hotel staff front desk very very good 100% BUT THE HOTEL IS A DUMP 100% stay there no no no no but saying that so is manila.holiday in manila joke joke joke manila is one big dump sorry first time last time you would be better going the bangkok eney were but manila joke dump traffic bad very bad.
the room is okay and the facilities but the noise from the air condition from the other room is so loud the we couldn't sleep so we only stayed there for one night. we thought that the noise is coming from our air condition so we turned them off but still the noise is still there because the other people have their air condition on all night long and is unbearable so i left my husband in the room and just stayed in the lobby at 6 am so i can have a quite moment. i don't think we can stay there again maybe when they fix the noisy air condition i might consider staying there again
I booked this hotel just as an overnighter on the way to the provence. It was really disappointing and not worth the money or rating. There are other much better hotels in Manila for about the same price, Exec. Plaza, Atrium, Bayview Park etc.. The room was old, small and not very clean and with an odour, no mini bar. The only upside was the staff. Go somewhere else.
i only stayed for a night. and i chose it for the location. service sucked. telephone in my room was not working. no hot water in the shower.
definitely not staying there again.
This has been my 3rd visit and from my experience the hotel is continually improving. The staff has always been very helpful, the cafe has been vastly improved and the cleanliness is now superb. The room we had this time (and this was our second time we had this room is simply delightful for this class of hotel.

Nice location,walking distance to Ayala Mall, SM and Glorietta, Greenbelt resto + entertainement disco around too.
Cleanness and equipment quite poor,service friendly just average, but for that price in Manila what else you could expect.
I will better recommend Great Eastern Hotel in Makati AVE for the same price but much better value. Make reservation in advence, this place seem very bussy.
