We enjoy our room so much and my daughter definitely want us to stay here again. It's perfect for our weekend getaway. Though they should improve the quality of food from their room service. Most of their staff were friendly and accomodating. I'd absolutely refer this hotel for relatives visiting Manila.

I truely enjoyed my stay at the Linden, I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. My first visit was a delight, the staff took a personal interest in seeing that everything was to my liking and by the second day, many of the staff knew me by name, and would greet me, by name each morning. The hotel was nicely decorated, clean and centrally located in the business district. I stayed eighteen days on my first visit and five days on my second, and had no complaints about the service on either occasion. I would certianly recommend the Linden to everyone, simply because the service was great and the staff treated me with the utmost respect. Mr. Gerald Jones Riverside , Calif.

I have checked in at around 5:00 PM and everything done smoothly. While trying to organize for late check out on same day, the gentlement dealing with me had advised me to come back the following day. The following day, I advised the lady at the reception for a late check out and discuss my appoinment at 1:00 PM and indeed advised her that I am willing to pay any extra amount for the extension of stay for just an hour but to no avail. I am quite disappointed with the lady dealing with me especially she is not willing to organize anything for my request considering the fact that I specifically mentioned to her that I have some valuables. I have to check out at 12:30 and leave my things downstairs. Of course, I have to bring along with me the valuables which it is quite uncomfortable during the meeting.

The staff is warm and friendly. There is a convenience store and interesting inexpensive eateries beside the Linden, aside from three big commercial malls nearby. There is a bar where musicians play, and makes for a good place to unwind.

I have been to the Philippines three times. Linden Suites will be my first choice from now on. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Security is first class. You cannot go up in the elevator without a room key. The room is 5 star quality at a 3 star price. Internet was fast and reasonable. Wonderful!! Wonderful!! Wonderful!!

Overall my stay was great. The only thing they can improve on is the room service. Food orders were wrong sometimes and food cool most of the time. I think they are try to cut personnel in the wrong place and room service is not one of the area. They had one guy trying to deliver two and three rooms which makes folks food cool by time they get it and never the corrrect ammenties.

I just returned from a week stay...
I just returned from a week stay at the Linden Suites and booked an Executive Room. I travelled alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I arrived at 7AM and I was accomodated right away even though my request for a Non-smoking room was not accomodated because there was no available room yet. However, I was moved to a Non-smoking floor as soon as it was available. Security was top-notch, the doormen were very polite - meeting me at the steps to help me with my shopping bags and not expecting a tip in return. In fact, everybody was polite and courteous, including the Front Desk, who graciously accomodated most of my requests. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, and the waiters were always ready to greet you with that warm "Good Morning Ma'am" that I truly appreciate. My room was roomy and I enjoyed spectacular view of the metropolis every night. Three huge malls and St. Francis Church (for Catholics) were within walking distance. However, if it's too hot for you to walk to SM Mega Mall or Robinson's, there are plenty of Tamaraw FX taxis to take that you could hail in front of the hotel for only ten pesos (US$10 cents). Just ask the doormen. There's a 24/7 convenience store right next to the hotel and small restos selling chinese and local fare. My fave was Rufo's and their sisig and ihaw-ihaw (barbq) are all good!! They even do delivery. Now to the not-so-good points: 1. The broadband internet at the room - it just doesn't work but the charge was also quite ridiculous (US$10++)so I always had to go to any wifi cafe in the malls. The business center also charges exhorbitant fees for printing (almost a dollar a page!!) and their internet charge also is a highway robbery!! 2. The drainage in the shower - management should do something about it. If staying for a week like I did, the clog got annoying after a few days. 3. The housekeeping - always forgetting to replenish something in my room : 1 day it was the bath towels, the ff day it was the shower cap and bathrobe, etc. However, one call and they quickly brought up whatever was missing. 4. The aircon - very very cold even if it was already set to the maximum. 5. Breakfast time ends at 10AM- I think it should be extended up to 10.30AM. Most of the guests hold breakfast meetings and it's a shame that the buffet table is cleaned up en punto at ten AM. Overall, my stay at the Linden Suites was very good, relaxing and enjoyable. I will return in 4 weeks time and I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 5 days in this Hotel and I would stay there definately again. The room was quite spacious and clean. I requested in my booking a High Floor room and a King Size bed, which was given to me upon arrival without hesitation. The Staff is very friendly and proffesional. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I had a great view all over Manila (Ortigas distric) The only minus in this room was that the windows couldnt be opened. The surrounding area is nice and definately a safe area. One of the countrys biggest shopping malls are just a few minutes walking distance away. There are plenty of restaurants around, although no bars or clubs. Nice place to stay for leisure, business and relaxation.
