I forgot to write this review when...
I forgot to write this review when I got back from Manila in December of 2006. Well, my stay @ Linden was great. Staff was very friendly, very helpful in hailing one of those hard to hail cabs. Gym was nice and the breakfast was also good. Megamall and Shangri-la mall are all in walking distance. A 24 hour convienence store is right outside of the hotel just incase you need a siopao and a C2 in the middle of the night. The only thing was the drain in the tub was a little slow, but not that big a deal. I would definetly stay here again. I probably will be going back again in March of 2007.

My sisters and I reserved a 2...
My sisters and I reserved a 2 bdr suite. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were good size and kitchen was adequate. Location is conveniet to shopping, public transportation, restaurants. The staff and employees were helpful & friendly. The buffet breakast was delicious! I will definitely come back to Linden Suites. Angie Sarasota, FL

Room and bathroom were adequately furnished.Carpet was not vacuumed. Room service was too slow.We requested for a couple of facecloths that did not arrive.It took nearly 1/2 hr.to get a bucket of ice. The servers at the breakfast buffet were friendly and attentive. Otherwise,the accomodation is great.

Room was clean and good size for the price. Hotel staff is freindly and quite flexible. Delicious and extensive buffet breakfast was included in the room price. Negative point is the location rather far walking to local points of interest (shopping mall ) and no public transportation nearby. Good deal for the price. Definitely a good place to stay if you don't mind to take a taxi to move around. Outstanding service from AsiaRooms.

I was disappointed with the receptionist during...
I was disappointed with the receptionist during check-in. We came in a bit early and was told that we could not check-in until 2:00 pm. We waited and waited until it was already past 2pm but the receptionist was just busy attending other tasks. We approached her why we're still waiting and she said that the room is not ready yet. It was past 2:45pm and we were still waiting at the lobby, the receptionist did not even look at us to apologize for the delay. She was not friendly at all, she then keep busying herself until I stood to ask her how much the cancellation fee cost and that's when she said "the room is ready sir". She could have told us the reason why we have to wait or just assure us that it will be ready soon in the beginning. It was my first time to stay in this hotel and I doubt that I will go back again. Customer Service is very important to me and I would not choose a hotel where customers are not treated well.

Cozy hotel, nice facilities, good breakfast. In the U.S., would be comparable to mid-priced hotels e.g. Embassy Suites, Hilton Inn & Gardens, etc.

I stayed for three nights. Facilities were of a good standard and the staff very friendly. It seemed to be good value for money. There was only one negative aspect to my whole stay. On booking in I was given three vouchers to use the internet on the days I was there. Each voucher had a different password to use on each day. On the third day I became violently ill with food poisoning (not from Linden Suites!)and did not use the internet at all. On check out,I asked that the cost of using the internet on this day be deducted from my account. This request was refused by the receptionist and the Duty Manager even though their own records clearly indicated I had not used this facility. Unfortunately,this refusal detracted significantly from what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. If I used this accommodation again I would certainly be more careful about using the internet.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the...
I was very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. After my first day in the restaurant for breakfast, all the staff there knew me by name, knew what I liked, and made sure it was available to me. They all greeted me by name also. The breakfast buffet was really nice, with a lot of choices. The wait staff was very cordial and punctual. The room itself was very nice and well equipped for the price. Mickey, in housekeeping, was very adaptable and flexible in working around my schedule to clean my room. The security guards and front door staff were always very courteous and always opened the doors, and were very helpful in getting a cab for us when we needed to go somewhere. I appreciateed the fact that the security guard wrote down the license plate number of the cab that we left in. That gave us a sense of security in case something happened. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay in the Linden Suites. On my next trip, I will stay there again, and maybe enjoy one of the larger suites. Cliff Griffin Rockwall, TX 75087 USA

Stayed there 5 nights and was so...
Stayed there 5 nights and was so impressed booked another 2 nights when back in Manila. Excellent service, the staff were brilliant and helpful, wide choice at buffet breakfast also dined in the restaurant on 2 occasions and were very happy, small gym with experienced instructor and pool on 9th floor. 5 min walk to mega mall. Felt safe at all times.
