Customer service: front desk pro-actively proposed the morning call & advised about traffic to the airport + breakfast schedule for early morning. After re-confirming we wanted a non-smoking room we got room 220, without window. We requested to change to a room with window, then were upgraded to room 806. The room was nice & clean, except the aircond box from the room above leaking on our aircond outside, but we fixed the noise problem by placing an empty glass bellow the leak. That can happen. Experience overall satisfactory.
Breakfast so-so but fine: good juice, instant coffee, bacon/eggs/rice/soup/toast, but no fried vegies.
Good location on Mabini street with many convenience stores, restaurants, bars.
It's a good place to stay for one night between 2 flights.
