Even though the booking was made through Asia rooms no record was on file when I reached the hotel!!!!!
First room the air con didnt work correctly when adjusted by staff made so much noise impossible to sleep, and could sleep without it due to the heat, transferred to another room

Asian Mansion Stay
The rooms are good for the rate paid. The room given during the stay was Ok but need to improve the airconditioninng. Other than this the accommodationis good.

None of the above entries mean a thing as we never stayed at the hotel
We missed a flight in San Francisco and had to change our itinerary. We never made it in time to use our reservation and were not able to contact the hotel to tell you so. Because of that circumstance, we never used the rooms. We would like a refund, but suspect because we were unable to notify you in time, we'll not be able to get anything.

Great location. Just across the road was Greenbelt, one of Makati's premier shopping and dining destination. Just outside the entrance is a 7-Eleven and a Spa which added a lot of convenience for us.

We had a booking for a triple room (voucher saying 3 adults/3 breakfasts) and they tried to make us pay the 3rd breakfast and the additionnal bed....
We had asked for breakfast to be delivered at 8 am sharp as we had a plane to catch... it arrived at 8.40am...
besides this, the room was looking very old

Room lighting should be brighter and more appropriate for the room and bathroom. Window blinds should be changed and cleaned often. The room needs a new and better bed. Add more room amenities like iron & board; hair dryer, etc.

The pool was gettin renovated on the day I arrived.
The staff were freindly though and its a good locale for Makati area. The food sucked though, but the room was clean and recentley renovated.

The best feature of this hotel is the location only a few hundred meters from Greenbelt 5. Downstairs is a 7-Eleven. Across the street is a HSBC Bank where the ATM's have no 5 or 10 thousand pesos limit. Street seems pretty safe.
The Deluxe room was spacious and had a kitchen with big fridge and a microwave. Furniture looked very dated. Fan in bath room made a terrible noice. No internet through wifi or cable (they told me it will be installed March 2009).
Pool and jacuzzi at rooftop looked good although a bit small. No sunbeds/chairs are provided.
Don't get confused when you look for the reception - it's in a messy back room at the car park (level 2).
Breakfast was delivered to the room. Nothing special. They came 40 mins earlier than agreed and woke us up.
Until this hotel gets a serious upgrade I would say it is a bit overpriced.
