It was worthwhile
Staff were great. Their ability to fix things like a noisy airconditioner is still questionable. Had to move rooms in the end. In saying that, moving rooms was done well and with little fuss. Costs in the restaurant and bar are high compared to places close. Suggest any shoppers need to go to Greenhills in their first couple of days....... take a taxi everywhere.... cheap and efficient.

My only beef with New Horizons is its awkward location. It is far from everything. There are no nice restaurants nearby and the area is generally grubby and unattractive. Otherwise all was really very good.

Very clean and modern Hotel with excellent customer service and friendly staff. Will definantely stay there again when I,m in Manila.
room rate
i booked via asiaromm to find out later that the official roomrate was lower than the rate offered by Asiarooms.The hotel was not willing to reduce the rate to the offered rate. that was disappointing. The hotel is great with friendly staff and a good restaurant, only setback is the morning coffee it taste awful but otherwise good value for money.
the location is a little off and the transportation via taxi or bus takes to long time. recommend to use the MRT (station is in walking distance.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is good as it is near the mrt station as well as to the shopping malls. The view from the room though is not so pleasing to the eyes. Staff are friendly. Breakfast just fine.
One bad experience though is that we have to wait for a bit before we were assisted during check in as there was one customer who was about to check out complaining about the bills. We were too tired from a 7 hour trip yet we have to wait there until they have settled the issue. Other staff could have assisted us.

well I have been there from the Jan 10 2009 for 13 nights what may i say was really more than wonderfull to be there all nice room big, clean bathroom big clean all staff more than nice helpfull 100%% breakfast very good they have a more than a good chef , so all i can say is BRAVO to all staff there and thanks alot as well sure i will go back after 3 months from now for longer to enjoy it.

I was amazed at the excellent and professional services I received during my 15 day stay. I didn't have to worry about security, a guard is always at the door, the hotel has an agreement with two taxi companies, never had to wait for a taxi, the front desk staff were very courteous, professional and made me feel welcome. The room service is excellent and the housekeeping services are outstanding. I was shocked that this was only a 3 star hotel. The price for the hotel is excellent and the area is close to many restaurants, convience stores and Robinson Mall. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and professional behavior. I will definately stay at the New Horizon Hotel if I'm ever in the Manila area again. Many thanks to the staff of the New Horizon Hotel.
Stayed at New Horizon just one night...
Stayed at New Horizon just one night due to a connection going to Bacolod the next day..But the staff were very friendly and helpful, and very courteous
Cant comment on the breakfast or other facilities but I would stay here again for sure..Room is a bit pricy considering but its fine for a couple of nights if you arent staying indoors too much..
