This hotel is worth every bit for it's price. 5 - 8 minutes away from Robinson's Malate and lots of Money Changers in the same row not to mention a 7-Eleven around the corner. ATM directly across the hotel if you need cash.
Excellent service and security. CCTV's to ensure security, clean, and very helpful and hospitable staff. The air con is old but it's in top working condition. Not noisy like some of the earlier comments. I would definitely stay here if I ever come back to Philippines. I strongly recommend for any budget travellers and couples. It was worth every cent spend to stay here. Not really suited for big families unless you intend to take 2 rooms. All in all an excellent hotel for it's class. Excellent location as well.

Rooms a bit small, but 2 beds (one double and one single).
Very nice cleaners BUT Not so Helpful people at the reception desk who basically will be unwilling to make any changes in your booking or rooms..
But for the price, it remains one of the safest, cleanest and goood value for money kind of hotel.
Literally 25 min (around 100 pesos Taxi meter) from the airport !!!! and great thing: Big mall center (Robinsons MALATE) at 1 walking min !!

This hotel was nice for the price and located near a big mall where food and stores were available. It was clean and the service was ok.
I would stay there again. However, the room was a bit small for families or couples with kids. Also, the street side noise was loud. If you book here, try to get an inside room away from the street.

I'm used to staying at familiar places, so this is the first time I've been at Hostel 1632.
What I want to say is, I was so glad the hotel I used to stay at was fully booked, because that gave me a chance to try out other hotels!

I stayed for a week with my Fiance' and it was located close to the Embassy, the mall and only 100php from the mall of Asia . The staff was wonderful. I would advice anyone wanting to save some money and still have a nice place to stay, to pick this Hotel.Thanks again , from Texas!

very nice place to stay. staff are so friendly. I am so amazed that they get out of their way just to accomodate the guests. i feel safe staying in this hotel. me and my brother Mel would like to thank everybody especially Mar, Jordan, Ricky, and George for a wonderful service.
