I stayed there for 2 nights and the best things that this hotel had was a airconditioner that worked and a mini bar fridge that could hold a decent size bottles, there were was no pest control in the bathroom crawling over the basin and in the kitchen , there was a kitchen but had only 2 mugs, thankfully i brought my own utensils and bowl and plate with me, there was no electric jug but i saw an advert. and if I paid another 1000 pesos i could get a bigger room.
Location is on the edge of high rise Makati, 2 mins walk to Avenue Mall but this mall is only restaurants not shopping but 15 minutes walk to J/Poyet Ave etc. staff very good but basic room small and tight but very clean. Good if on a tight a budget.
I can't say much because we stay for one night only just to sleep there,,the room is good,,clean,it will be nice if you put a mini bar so we can just buy from there anything we want to drink.one thing i notice also,,you have your own menu but there's no phone number to dial and make order, anyway everything was fine and the staff are kind also.thanks and more power....
We reserved the night before check-in but the supervisor was on leave for the holidays and has sole access to the hotel's email. So we end up not having reservations. Desk clerk was accommodating and the staff are helpful.
Also, indicate Makati Ave to the address so it will be easier to look for the place.
I choose this hotel on age & price. It was also important that it was a condotel with internet - sounds great but alas they insist you sign an agreement not to cook (zero plates etc... not even a glass to have a drink)
Internet is very costly 100p for first hour a little cheaper if you buy more hours?
Wanted extra pillows for 2 nights - they wanted to charge an extra 20% on the nightly rate - abissmal.
Tiny rooms not made for westerner - I must have hit my head on the wall mounted TV a dozen times
