There was no reception, only a gaurd. En they don't now anny thing.

TOTAL CONFUSION
Stayed at this property for 4 nights. Checked in, or should I say attempted to check in ..with extreme difficulty ..only security guesds ( 3 of them ) on reception...no record of booking. Sorted after over an hour. 5% charged for taking American Express... towels changed once, never cleaned the room in 4 days,.... in summary Never Again
Nice place in the heart of Minila
Nice place and good value for the money. There was a problem with the water heater on the second day of our stay and the management was on it right away and had it fixed in no time. A great alternative to the usual hotel stay. Not all the amenities of a hotel but its nice to be able to stay in and cook. Its also nice to have a separate living room to ralax in.
Conveniently located within a 10 minute walk...
Conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to Robinson Mall and dozens of restaurants. Clean apartment, courteous service, great views... a great alternative to a hotel room. Will definitely consider again.
The location was good and the balcony...
The location was good and the balcony was nice. The security was nice and very helpful. There was no service and housekeeping was non-existent. Housekeeping showed up after the second day, when I asked for towels and did not do much of anything else. The faucet came off in the bathroom sink when you tried to turn on water and the shower and towel holders were not secured. There are many more hotels that are better. I would not stay here again.
