Basic accommodation but Excellent Staff
Jupiter Suites are basic accommodation. Ideally located. Staff where excellent and very friendly. Good value for money would stay again.
The customer service at the suites was fantastic. In my opinion the staff went above and beyond their duties, especially the receptionist (short dark hair - sorry I can't remember her name) who went to the trouble of arranging a whole day spa for us.
The room was spacious and clean, however it could do with a nice fresh coat of paint on the walls. The bed linen and towels were all fresh and clean and made up each day and the room was cleaned and tidied each day.
Toiletries were limited, but to be honest I didn't even expect there to be any given that it's not a hotel, so thumbs up for that! A newspaper was also delivered each morning free of charge.
For budget accommodation it was good. The air con worked and there was a TV with a movie channel.
The only minus points (and I hate to put them as they really weren't a big deal, but a review does need to be honest!) were:
The shower wasn't exactly hot, more of a luke warm - cold, so make sure and keep the bathroom door and shower curtain closed right over to keep the heat in.
The noise from outside was a bit of a pain... so either drink loads to knock yourself unconscious or take some earplugs. Hubby took earplugs... I never :)
The lift stopped working after we arrived. But it was fine as there are only a few flights of stairs so nothing to complain about.
For a budget hotel this place was just fine and I would happily stay again.

One Nite Stay
For the price it is OK. Cable broadband in room, hot shower, comfortable bed, close to many bars and restaurants. The less than OK- stayed on the 4th floor and the lift only goes to the 3rd floor, aircon rather noisy, lighting dim and the ever present traffic noise. But again for the price it is quite OK
Glad I only paid for 1 night up front
After reading this hotels reviews prior to making my reservation, upon arrival I thought I was in the wrong Hotel. The room was old, the shower didn't work, the aircon was noisy and useless. The location of the hotel was hard to find. The hotel rates were cheap, now I know why.

The location is good. The place is a dive, I would rate it a 2 star hotel. The shower was luke warm everytime I took one. The elevator was scary. It didn't seem to have any kind of regular maintenance.
Big room, clean, handy location
The room was very large, was clean and the bed was comforetable. The location is excellent for business and also for general access to Makati malls. Is located above a Korean/ Japanese restaurant called "funny funny" and near a lot of food and entertainment facilities, but my room at the back was very quiet (as I'd requested). It is a little 'tired' in style.
Overall, good value for money and I'd stay there again.
Good value for money
We stayed here for 4 nights, comments:
Positives:
1) the room is huge/spacious for a standard/good for two room, i think 2 more queen size beds could fit inside.
2) items inside the mini ref is not overpriced for a hotel standard.
3) friendly staff.
4) hot and cold shower, cable tv, aircon, free newspaper every morning, in-room internet (though we didn't had the chance to try it, wifi in the lobby (also we didn't had the chance to try)
5) good location, public transportation is not a problem, lots of dining options nearby, convenience stores, drug stores, there's even a gas station across the street.
Could've been great if:
1) The elevator is functional during our first 2 nights
2) The towels are fresh smelling
3) There's more parking slots (no basement parking and the space in front of the hotel is shared with the restaurant beside it.) although you can park your car across the street (not sure how much the hourly rate is)
Overall, we were happy since we also got a discounted rate courtesy of asiarooms.com...
best value in makati
we stayed 4 nights in Jupiter Suites and I was really impressed with the value for money. It is a smaller place with an entrance at the side of a restaurant but is very close to heaps of food outlets and just down the road from Landmark mall. Our rear facing (recommend) room was quiet & large, had a fridge and bathroom was clean with amazingly good water pressure. Minor issue with drip from air conditioner in room above hitting the air con frame in our room but as you can open the window, I just put the bath mat outside on the air con frame to catch the drip (same as everyone else it appeared). The staff were helpful and polite. This is a place I would recommend to anyone. We have stayed at a dozen hotels in Manila and this is the only one we will be going back to. Large comfortable rooms
Just one block from Burgos Street in Makati ( the bar & nite-club center of Manila). Great location with many restaurants nearby. Rooms were large, clean and basic. Bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but overall worth the money spent.
