Fantastic
What a fantastic hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room and the whole of one wall was a tropical fish tank which just made the room look even better. The room was very spacious and very clean. It also had an excellent shower. I never tried the bath tub but I am sure there would be no problems with that as the water pressure is really good . The staff were all very helpful and very friendly too. I can honestly say that this is a superb hotel and if ever I am back in Manila it will be the place I will stay again. Some people have said that they had problems getting taxis to and from but we experienced none of that. Just go to reception and they will organise it all for you. Once again - a great hotel.

I had no idea I could enjoy myself so much in a room with a window. The Aqura Room is something you should try. I will return one day to the Philippines and Hotel h2o. Great staff, good food and close to everything you would want to do. You have to visit.

Transparent glass walled toilet room!
After waiting for over an hour for a room and being constantly told it will be ready in a few minutes I had enough and asked to speak to the manager. They promptly decided to up grad us to the Club Bay Room which was nice.
The air conditioning only had one setting coldest. It could not even be turned off.
The toilet room walls were frosted glass so anyone in the room guests and all could see what was happening in the toilet. I think no matter how well you know one another sometimes total privacy is needed.

The hotel is nice and new ,very clean , Its part of the Ocean Park complex ,does not really feel like your staying at a hotel as the restaurant is Outside the hotel and is open to huge crowds of people that spend the day at Ocean Park and pack the place out for lunch and dinners. Overall not too bad for one night
All good excepts taxi drivers cannot find...
All good excepts taxi drivers cannot find easily as there is no signage to say that the Hotel is apart of the complex. We drove around for half an hour when we came from airport looking for the Hotel. Very poor when you are tired & just want to get to your room to refresh.

I have stayed in a few Hotel's in Manila over the years and this is the best yet. Location is good, being isolated from the hustle and bustle of the Luneta area of Manila. Although, close enough to Roxas Blvd, etc.
As it is new hotel, the location can be difficult for some taxi drivers to find, so just point them in the direction Ocean Park.
Within the Ocean Park complex there are a couple of restaurants to supplement the Hotel's dining room (which in itself was good).
Staff very friendly and helpful.
