From the ad on Asiarooms this place looks perfect. From the outside to the inside lobby it looks like a great place. Better, its located in Makati. That's where it ends.
Althought the entrace is fairly nice a glimpse of the rest of the building indicated that there are no windows anywhere. There is no elevator in the building so you must walk up to the first floor to reach the lobby which is ok. Then you must walk up another flight of steps to reach your room.
The room was large with a high ceiling. It was completely made of concrete with no rugs on the floor. As predicted there were no windows. Amenites were sparse in the bathroom. You had the basics, sink, toilet, soap, and shower. Your towels and sheets were placed on your bed every day, the rest is up to you.
The TV was old and didn't get very good reception. An internet connection is available for a cost but it took at least 4 tries by the help to get it to stay working. There was a fridge, but that cost extra.
Outside, after a rainstorm the whole block flooded and even a bicycle cab could not get us to the hotel dry.
On the plus side, the room was spotless. The towels and covers were also clean. If you really want to go low budget and are willing to put up with the inequities, this place is suitable.
