Very bad choice, I will never stay at this hotel again.
The location is so bad even taxi drivers have a hard time finding it. The rooms are ridiculously small and the bathroom is maybe om for a 10YO child but definitely not for adults. I have booked the family room, it had 3 beds occupying 90% of the room, there was no place to sit, stand or move around.
There is a Fridge in the room but its not stocked with any thing so you need to buy your own stuff.
No ability to heat water for coffee or tea. Only one accessible power outlet, the other is hidden deep behind the TV and the old cabinet that feels like it will fall apart if you touch it. The worst was when I checked out they have no place I can leave my bags so I was stuck 8 hours before my flight with all my bags cause the hotel could not keep them for me while I go for lunch or something. Is this a joke or what, for that money I expect much much more. Or on the other hand for this hotel I would not pay more than 30$, they are simply not worth it. I dont know who gives them high reviews and why I have not seen one good thing about this place not one. Even the stuff was not so helpful and not so friendly as every one raves about.

Has a lot of potential
Be careful with your bookings, as AsiaRooms gave me a 5% discount for booking multi-day, but the hotel claimed the discount is bogus. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor giving me the rate I booked at online and on my resv. printout. It was barely a $2 difference per day. That left a bad feeling for me about the experience. Also they charge you for everything... No breakfast is included, printouts are an exorbitant P50 per page, which I didn't find out until I printed 2 pages. There is a ref in the room, but if you use it they charge P50/day. they are extremely strict about no smoking in the room. I had a guest and told them they had to go outside the hotel, because it was not made clear to me, you "can" smoke in the atrium just outside your room, just not in the room. The first thing about this hotel is that it seems to be hard for drivers to find it. The best thing to do is tell them its almost next to the Franchise One hotel in Makati. Wish I could remember the cross streets. You definitely want to print off a "large" good quality map to to take with you to show the taxi driver. (Generally its good advice to always tell the taxi driver a cross-street as I found out the hard way, turning a 6 block ride into a grueling 25 block ride in heavy traffic, only to find out that he thought I wanted to go to the Other end of the road). But I digress. This hotel has a nice boutique atmosphere with an inside atrium like you might expect from a tiny Embassy Suites in the US. That is where the similarity ends. But I would definitely stay again, carefully. But it is Nice and quiet off the main streets which is a huge bonus for me. There is a nice little Mall just a block away, 7-11 on every corner and 2 mcDonalds in walking distance. note: In Makati, Where you see a fence, stay on the sidewalk and "don't" walk on the street even when its dark late at night. Just stumble along the sidewalk, because the cops got me for jaywalking walking on the edge

Staff were adwequately pleasant however a culture of indifference and slight disdain towards guests (at least in my short experience) seems to be prevalent. Room was surprisingly pokey and boxey for the price and dining for guests is in the hall way where my window was, and the bed only 3 feet away. Indeed a dining table where several people chatted and dined was right outside the window of my small room while in bed...ghastly experience. No pool or any sort of relaxation area for guests if they wish to leave their room but not leave the hotel. Honestly not recommended even for budget travelers as their price puts them in the middle upper market. Not in any way value for money and snippy staff. Customer relations training required or at least they should be made to understand that guests are not there to be harrassed or in any way inconvenienced. No redeeming features, from service to asset.

Good enough for the price. Ther staff were very courteous. The only minus side was the location: it was hidden in sidestreets, and most of the taxis haven't heard of it!
