this is the worst hotel ever. A malfunctioning generator kept me awake all night coupled with lazy staff.

The room was quite nice, functional, clean, with flat screen TV with many channels including Al Jezeera. The overall impression of the hotel is rather gloomy. Very handy to the Robinson Mall. I did not have the breakfast but the dining area is tiny with no character. Staff are friendly. I have tried several hotels in the Ermita-Malate area and the Eurotel is on par with the others but not fantastic. There was no help from the doorman when I left with a suitcase and needed a taxi.
