Something to think about it
The hotel is accessible to airport though there were small cocroach in the bedroom wherein I have noticed during my stay. The staff are polite but an incident happened during on my breakfast that one of the staff took my plate without asking while I am refilling my coffee. The parking at the basement is really tight. With my honest opinion I think the price is higher than what the hotel could offer.
Also my companion and was out one day and ask if I had a visitor iinvited for a breakfast one of the staff told me that I have to pay . So I told him I was out with my friend two of us was unable to take breakfast. Eventually he considered not charging us. Also the hotel were not able to credit back my extra one day charge on credit card instead I was given a one day stay for that hotel.
My suggestion is to provide a meal ticket on every visitor to avoid my experienced and allow customer to credit back on their credit card instead they gained credit a room they have reserved.

Overall it is quite good except the room had no hot water. Also ask for an internal room as the traffic noise will wake you early if you have an external room.
Very basic accommodation. Though there is a safe deposit box, hair dryer , the following items were not included.
a) only a thin bed sheet was supplied. No blanket
b) no coffee maker
c) no basic tissue papers
These are quite basic items and do not cost a moon to make the guest more comfortable..
Rooms are Very small, ours had no window. Very clean. Mattresses vinyl covered foam, with too small sheets so we ended up directly on the vinyl! Late checkout 200p/hr. Breakfast included was adequate. Very convenient location for us, so we will stay here again, but did not feel we got our moneys worth.
Service my room.
Had to tell them at reception to get my room serviced as a sign on the door seemed to be over look while i was away all day on a few ocasions. Had to wait 2 hrs for them to provide toilet paper as well, lucky i think well in advance.
They were very helpfull on booking me a extra night after a dental drama. The location was good for my visit as well.

Singapore is an expensive place for accommodation...
Singapore is an expensive place for accommodation (compared to its South East Asian neighbors) but this hotel is well priced and, while the room is small, has everything anyone needs for an overnight stay. Don't expect immaculate and u wont be disappointed - my room was run down and had paint peeling off the walls, the sheets in these hotels never seem big enough and the mattress seems to be made of material that can be hosed-down if necessary. Around the hotel, the local hawker centre food is fantastic and very cheap (SG$3/dish). Overall, a good budget option for those out all day only looking for somewhere cheap to sleep

TheSeeming 60-70 percent discount was a lie! The back of the door showed about the same price as I paid. Usually if you are going to pay more than 50% more yo expect to get that quality. This place was low budget in every way.
