Wouldn't stay again if they paid me
The bed was aweful! I could feel springs poking my ribs and back all night....I had to get up early for an early flight but wasn't well rested due to the aweful bed. Also, the internet wasn't working in my room and the wifi had a very poor signal in the lobby. When asked if they could fix I was met with a blank stare. The next morning after a bitter sleep experience I went to use the shower and found that there was no hot water. This was like 5:30 am and no hot water. The odd thing was that in the sink of the CR there was hot water. Not sure how that came to pass but after all was said and done, I told the reception upon check out that it was a really bad experience and that I wouldn't stay again. Again, met with a blank stare.

Not Great, only the size....
Reception ok, but when arrive in room, no towel, sad colors. Tha day after, need to ask new towels, the used towels still wet on the chair... Curtain very old and size not enough for windows. Will not going again in this place, swiming pool is for barbie...

I stayed in this Hotel for the 2nd time because of the location. It is close to my family and friends.
I bring my own linens and towels every time I stayed in this Hotel.
The shower curtains are stained with mildew
As soon as you enter the room , the smell is not tolerable, I brought my own room freshener.
the AC is not that cold
there's roaches in the room.
you can see the dust around the room
the curtains are dirty.
ceilings in the bathroom has stained of water.
this place will be great it they will maintain the cleanliness.location is good. employees are great.
Maybe the management people should do room check up and change shower curtains and clean the curtains.
If they maintain cleanliness I am sure a lot of balikbayan people will stay in this Hotel.
