Fantastic value
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night prior to our flight, our first time to use this hotel, we arrived at 01:00am and were greeted by friendly concierge who looked after our luggage, the girl on reception was most friendly and check in was quick and painless.
The room was basic but clean and the comfort of the bed was exceptional.
Breakfast was limited but what we had was very good.
I would prefer to see coffee/tea in the room but it's only a minor point.
A car transfer was organised to the airport for 300 pesos and was added to our bill so we knew exactly in advance this cut out the hassle of any arguments with taxi drivers.
For the price we paid I would say this was a VERY GOOD hotel, clean and with very friendly staff, a credit to the Philippines and we will continue to use it on our returns to the country.

Good value for money
My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We were in a quiet room with basic facilities as requested. The air conditioning system was working but rather old and very noisy. The beds were clean and comfortable.
The hotel is close to the Mall of Asia but the taxis pretend to have not heard of the hotel which if you don't know your way around could cost you a mint.
Overall, the stay was a good value for money. I would stay again during my next visit.
Shabby hotel in somewhat scary environment
I thought I choose a hotel close to the airport, not really cheap at 2200 Pesos, room was clean but shabby, poorly enlighted, no view, last renovation certainly in last century.
The neighborhood at night is scary, little light, so beware of walking around. In daytimes there is a lot of aggressive begging mainly by kids on the streets. No restaurants to tourist standards, no shops, so I would not go there again.

close to airport and mall of asia both about 70-100 peso taxi fare. be careful of taxi drivers . ensure they use meter. some will say standard rate etc etc. dont believe it . use meter or get out. rooms simple clean good value for money. you wouldnt stay here for a family holiday. rather on overnighter to be close to the airport. the seafront at the mall of asia is very nice
Works OK For Airport Hotel
I used it as a stop off before rising at 4am for a 7am flight. It was fine and the roof top bar quite pleasant for a couple of settlers before an ealy night!
Satisfying Experience
I was supposed to fly into Manila at 10 pm and decided to try this hotel because it was a good, quick place to go until my next flight st 7 am the next day. The staff was efficient and friendly, the rooms were clean and might have been the best bed I have slept in while in Asia. They were accomidating considering I didn't get there until 1:30 am due to flight delays. I even stayed there again on the trip out. Good value for the money.
Near Manila Airport
Very handy for the Airport. Good sized rooms but quite basis, OK for an overnight stay. Hot water in short supply (common in Philippines. Quite reasonable value for money. Provide a good transfer to Airport.

We enjoyed our stay, service was great, room is wonderful . . . the main thing is the aircon is just not that cool enough . . . more internet would be nice to add more . . . . we'll probably comeback again . . . thanks for the owner of the hotel we met at the coffee shop.....

Close to the airport, good for a short stay. No pool Good for the cost. Service was excellent. Free internet (no internet in rooms)
