The atmosphere is has been very pleasant, food was excellant and the staff was very accomendating .
New, clean, convenient.
The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are rather small, but have the main essentials. Room's minibar is empty, and some of the bathroom kits (shaving kit, conditioner/body lotions) are missing. On the other hand, room service is quick and non-intrusive. OK gym and an ok pool area. Very firendly staff.
A bit of a walk from the main shopping (e.g. 20 minutes to Rockwell and Glorietta), but taxis readily available at the entrance at all times. All in all, good value for money.

Location is ok
location is ok close to everything, room is ok just the carpet in the room its kind a dirty, I rather have a tile or wood instead of carpet, other than that it's ok I will consider again next vacation
Change for the better
I had been staying at another hotel not far away, and as a result of total dissatisfaction with the other one decided to move to the St. Giles Hotel. It was the right decision. From the friendly greetings from staff in the lobby and elsewhere throughout my stay to the clean, fresh room with a good view to the good food, everything was geared to a relaxing stay.
The location is good, but suffers a little from being on an awkward junction on Makati Avenue. Getting a taxi was sometimes a problem, but the staff were ever eager to get one for me in the shortest possible time!
In summary, a well-run hotel with staff wanting to make your stay as rewarding as possible. Certainly, I will stay there again on my next trip.
