not all i hoped for
it's located a little way from the hustle and bustle. not a bad location, but it doesn't seem to be well known either. The food was kind of average, but atleast it was inbuilt in the cost. set menu and that doesn't mean much in the way of bacon and eggs etc...
I'd requested a double bed and got 2 singles and there seemed to be a few hidden extras you don't find out about until it's time to pay. Security is pretty good, but if they bimp into you on the street outside of thier shift, they'll ask for a tip. Staff are quite helpful, but i think i was lucky i had a philippino with me to help, otherwise they would try to take me for a ride. aircon was poorly situated, you could only feel it if you stood infront of it and being so close to the ground seemed quite ineffective.

You can do better!
Hotel is öff the beaten track"difficult for Taxi Drivers to locate".Staff are freiendly.But my room although clean was spartan and aging.
Although you may pay a little extra Hotels on Makati Avenue are much better.

disappoinment
What you see in the picture gallery, is not what you get. The staffs are ok but they made me wait for quite a while as no one was at the reception desk at 2115hours. In the apartment the fan wasn't functioning in living room, though the air condition was quiet good in the room. saw a cockroach in toilet, in that small area.
Most of the taxi drivers do not know where this hotel exist, so couple of them took us for granted and to us around and charged us extra. It is near to shakey's & mc donalds they are not far u can walk. there is an take away/restaurant, ?king kebab, the food was great there.
Another good thing is, u can stay for 24hours as they count from the time you check in. Well overall a good experience, but don't think i will come back to this hotel.

Pretty basic hotel. I am impressed by their customer service tho'. The receptionist was warm and efficient. The other hotel staff were also nice, most especially, the guard who was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and also the linens. Room size is ok for a budget accommodation. I do not know about the other rooms but the one I stayed at (Rm.212) - the airconditioning unit was noisy and the drain in the shower/ bathroom wasnt doing well. If they are able to address these problems, I wont mind staying again in this hotel. The location is good if your area of interest is Makati. Overall , this hotel is pleasant and value for money.
24 hr apartment
I stayed on the 5th floor in a studio apartment for one person. Roomy but quite old and run down. Then after 3 days transferred to a cheaper and smaller standard room with queen bed and the room was nice and newly renovated and much cleaner and nicer. Small, but that didn't bother me. Traffic noise was more evident than on the 5th floor though. This new room was on the 2nd floor . Would go back there again to 2nd floor , but not to 5th floor. Had to buy a kettle from the shop "shopwise' down the road as there wasn't one in the room. Breaky was scrambled eggs and toast each day. Plain and for the price I couldn't complain. Everyone helpful and very friendly at all times. Yes, I'd stay here again (in a renovated room on 2nd floor) In the lobby they sell nice juice and muffins and homemade cookies which were nice. And the best thing...there's a great little spa on the 3rd floor that does excellent foot massages and reflexology etc. Im not sure I'd stay there again as its great for one night or so , but not for a holiday. I was on a budget at the time and it suited my purpose. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends as they like 5 star and this is probably a budget backpacker 1 or 2 star, but the staff were friendly and I saved a lot of money by staying in a little bed and breakfast place rather than a 5 star hotel.
24H Lives up to its name!
Except for the skimpy breakfast offered, my experience at the 24H Apartment Hotel was very positive. I would recommend it to others. What I like most is that it lives up to its 24H name - that is you are allowed to stay 24 hours a day - that is your check-in time is also your check-out time. One is not forced to check out at 12 noon as most hotels do and one does not ask the management to stay past 12 noon.
A bad experience
Hi at start upon browsing on the net the Rate it was really amazing because knowing the area is within Makati the rate is very good.But when my friends stayed there they were upset bec the room is like they are only staying on a fan room though they have aircon. And when they requested their breakfast to send it on their room they were charge for a minimal amount so where is the good customer service ? so poor. In general the customer service is no good.And i will not recommend it anymore to my other friends and that would be the last.
