Not relaxing
I was disappointed with this hotel. It is not a 4 star rating hotel like it said in Asiarooms. It's a glorified motel. It should have 2 star rating. I could hear all the noise loudly in the hallways inside my room. The pillows were also very hard. Toilet and bath is really small. There is also no nice view from the windows and the breakfast was lousy.

The room, bathroom, facilities, location, service, value...
The room, bathroom, facilities, location, service, value and cleanliness is fantastic especially the airconditioning and lcd tv's. Definitely will be coming back to one place tagaytay except for the buffet breakfast which is not worth the payment. The hotel is highly recommended for families who prefers a serene and green environment.
