Only 5 minutes from the city of Lagos, the resort with it’s predominately Moorish-style design features 2 luxury 4-bedroom villas; 30 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 5 star Hotel.
Cascade Hotel, with its exterior architectural style, reflects the rich history and heritage of the region. The interior, by contrast, offers guests unique sophistication with exquisite design, materials and colours offering a delightful environment for the well-being of the mind, body and soul. With a wide choice of room and suite categories, even the most seasoned of travellers will find something to their liking whilst elegant bathrooms which are equally lavish in comfort and style capture the essence of pure indulgence.
All of the apartments and villas at Cascade Suites are already available for welcoming guests in their holidays, and are furnished in Colonial or Provence style and have kitchens equipped with Siemens appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. All have en suite bathrooms with a shower and/or hydro massage bath. The lounge area of each apartment or villa includes an LCD TV. Guest can relax in the complex’s large outdoor pool or sunbathe on the garden terrace. All guests have access to private basement garage facilities.

If cancelled up to 48hrs before date of arrival, no fee will charged. Afther, 1st night will be charged. From 01July to 15 September - If cancelled between 14 days and 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged. If cancelled between 6 days and 4 days before date of arrival, 75% of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 72 hours before date of arrival, will be charged 100% of reservation price. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100%.
