The Morrison Hotel Is located in the heart of the city centre, a 5 minute walk from O Connell St. It overlooks the River Liffey and is located just across the River from Temple Bar with its many bars & restaurants. Trinity College, Dublins many Theatres and the IFSC are within a short walk. Jervis St & Henry St shopping districts are also located on the hotels doorstep. The hotel was designed by reknowned designer John Rocha & opened in 1999. In 2006 the hotel expanded to 138 rooms & in 2011 a soft refurbishment was carried out on the hotels standard rooms aswell as the addition of a fitness centre. The inviting interior of this boutique hotel is a mix of high ceilings with pale white walls, original art, stone floors & hand crafted Irish carpets. Stayed July 15th to 22nd 2009. Really enjoyed the clean room. Breakfast was pretty basic but free is always good. Staff spoke some English but not that much. My Korean is non-existent so it was apprec
