The Saddle Room is a steak and seafood restaurant, an old favourite reinvented as a modern classic, with an open kitchen and a lavish Oyster Bar adding to the drama of the dining experience. With dark oak walls and rich splashes of gold, the assured surroundings are echoed in Chef Garry Hughes’ confident way with fine Irish ingredients. The Saddle Room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a traditional full Irish breakfast buffet available every day. The Lord Mayor’s Lounge blends comfort and glamour making it a favourite spot for afternoon tea. As distinctive as it is revered in Irish and Dublin culture, The Horseshoe Bar has seen it all down through the years. Its original 1957 Sam Stephenson design has also been recently restored, down to the Hogarth prints, white counter top and shining brass, and if its rich red walls could talk they would have some fascinating stories to tell!
