Marco Polo Saint-Petersburg" is an Old Petersburg style hotel situated in the historical center of Petersburg in the very center of Vasilievsky Island. It takes only some minutes to get to the main sights of the city such as the Hermitage, Saint Isaac's Cathedral, Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography and the Peter and Paul Fortress. The building of the hotel was constructed in 1874 by the architect F.F.Rudolf. Marco Polo Restaurant is made in classic style and it can accommodate 45 individuals. In the centre of the restaurant room there is a fireplace that is currently in use even now though it has been constructed in the XIXth century with the building itself.
