Location is excellent which is only 2-3 mins by foot from MRT (Tanjong Pagar) and walking distance to China Town. Quite modern decoration, room is clean overall.
But staff service considered room of improvement. They made me understood clearly they prioritized corporate clients than others, which is fine and understood this may be their policy but not telling me right to my face who made booking through an online travel agent!! (which made me feel that I should be satisfied already by receiving less better service as a non corporate client, but still I paid around SD195/night!)
I have been staying in lots of other well known hotels in Singapore throughout the years such as Le Meridien, Park, Holiday Inn, Traders, Hilton, Pan Pacific, Marina Mandarin, Shangri-la but never I had come across such an "interesting" experience. Well, I respect every hotel have their distinct and different philosophy of service.
Most probably not staying in this hotel next time. Thank you.
