It was a service-oriented hotel which places a lot of emphasis on customer's satisfaction.
I was with my wife at the 17th floor and we wanted to take our breakfast there. There was a service attendant from the hotel at the lounge whereby he asked us whether we are aware that we are able to take our breakfast at 2 locations. The 3rd floor has international breakfast where 17th floor only holds continental. It was some advice that most hotel staff would not reveal to their guest as it does not brings them any additional tips.

I would recommend this to every friend, very nice staff, updated me to executive room (a bit noisy); short distance (ab. 10min) to the airport; 10min to center and 5min to beaches/harboursites and nearby (ab. 2min walk) shopping mall.

Very good hotel and quite reasonable. Trip from airport took less then 15 minutes. Be aware that their shuttle doesn't run after 11:30 at night or before 7:30 in the morning.

The service and efficiency of the staff was excellent. Well situated hotel, known by taxi drivers, so easy to get to. Would stay there again and would recommend to other business people.
